The hedgerow life-cycle and practical hedgerow management – with Nigel Adams at Norton Canon Village Hall, HR4 7BL
Nigel Adams is a hedge layer, sheep farmer and hedge specialist with over 35 years’ experience and brings practical answers to many common questions.He will encourage us to think about how to work within the rules and still have healthy hedges brimming with wildlife:-
- The history of our hedgerows
- Frequency of hedge trimming
- How to decide when to restore
- Are there novel cost-effective ways to rejuvenate a hedge?

Another day of 1 to1 NVZ record check sessions has been organised by Herefordshire Rural Hub, working with the Environment Agency. 
Bring along your own records for help and advice on how to fill them in, or just to have them checked. A team from the EA will be here to help you.
